raid commanders
raid commanders are the leaders, they will lead and will make the decisions such as boss path, to kick unhelpful players, they also have ultimate say on who joins if it gets full.
no guild raid in the current expansion can start without a raid commander, if you want one contact me or the other raid commanders to let us know as we record all guild runs.

raid progression and rotation
each week we rotate the raid we do, if we can complete the nighthold with two groups with different people we will run heroic and second nighthold, sam ewith the others, these will be subject to ilvl the roataion, look at the calander to know which ones coming up. stay around at the end of the raid so i can keep track of who has done what, if you don't get marked you will take longer to participate in higher leveled raids.
